Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods Are Non-Returnable
All WPKnockout products are delivered digitally and cannot be returned.
Once the product has been downloaded or accessed, you acknowledge that your right to cancel under consumer legislation is waived in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations for digital content.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
Although digital products are generally non-refundable, WPKnockout may offer refunds in limited circumstances, at our sole discretion, including:

  • Accidental duplicate purchase of the same product.
  • Failure of the product to perform as described, where:
    • You have contacted our support team within 7 days of purchase,
    • You have provided reasonable access or information to allow us to diagnose the issue, and
    • We have not been able to provide a working solution or update.
  • Unauthorized or fraudulent payment activity, verified by Stripe.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind, mistaken purchase, or incompatibility due to unsupported themes/plugins or outdated server environments.
  • Lack of technical knowledge to install, configure, or use the product.
  • Issues caused by third-party modifications or conflicts outside our control.
  • Failure to read product descriptions, requirements, or documentation before purchasing.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact us via the email listed on the website and provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Reason for the request
  • Any relevant screenshots or details

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Before opening a chargeback or dispute with Stripe or your bank, you must give WPKnockout an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Unauthorised disputes may result in:

  • Licence suspension
  • Loss of download/update access
  • Permanent account restrictions

5. Cancellation of Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If a product is sold on a subscription basis:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not refund previous payments.
  • You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Once the licence or subscription expires, downloads, support, and updates will no longer be available.

6. Delivery Issues
If digital products are not accessible after payment:

  • Contact support immediately to request re-delivery.
  • We will re-send access instructions at no cost.

This does not qualify as a refund unless access cannot be restored.

7. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law regarding faulty digital content.
If a product is found to be inherently defective and cannot be repaired or replaced, you may be entitled to a refund under applicable regulations.
