This Delivery Policy explains how digital products purchased from WPKnockout are delivered. All products sold on this website are digital goods and are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.

1. Instant Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, your digital product will be available for immediate download or access. Delivery is completed electronically via:

  • A download link displayed on the confirmation page
  • An automated email sent to the address provided during checkout
  • Your customer account area (if applicable)

Delivery occurs instantly once Stripe confirms the payment.

2. Email Delivery

Order confirmation emails and digital download links are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. Please ensure that your email address is correct and accessible.

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check:

  • Your spam or junk folder
  • Your promotions or social tabs (for Gmail users)
  • That you entered your email correctly

3. Access Issues

If you do not receive access to your digital product within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact us with your order details. We will resend your download link or restore access as required.

You must contact us within 48 hours if you are experiencing delivery issues so we can provide assistance.

4. No Physical Shipping

All products are delivered digitally. WPKnockout does not ship physical goods, boxes, discs, USB drives, or printed materials. Any reference to “delivery” refers solely to digital availability.

5. Download Availability

Your purchase grants access to downloads through:

  • Your order confirmation email
  • Your account dashboard (if applicable)

Access to digital downloads may be time-limited based on your licence or subscription terms.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If payment is declined or reversed, download access may be paused or revoked until payment is successfully completed. This includes chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent activity alerts.

7. Technical Requirements

Digital products require a compatible environment to function correctly, such as:

  • Supported versions of WordPress and/or WooCommerce
  • Supported versions of PHP
  • A compatible hosting environment

It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets the requirements before purchasing.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Digital delivery is considered complete when:

  • The product download link is provided after checkout, or
  • The confirmation email containing access instructions is successfully sent

Once delivered, digital goods are deemed “received.”
