1. Licence Grant
Upon successful purchase, WPKnockout grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the digital product for personal or commercial use, subject to the specific licence attached to that product. Unless otherwise stated, licences apply to one website per purchase.

2. Licence Restrictions
Unless explicitly permitted in writing, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital product in its original or modified form;
• Transfer the licence to another person, organisation, or domain;
• Upload the product to any public repository or file-sharing platform;
• Claim ownership of the product’s code, design, or intellectual property;
• Remove or obscure copyright notices or licence headers included in the files.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All digital products remain the intellectual property of WPKnockout.
You are granted a right to use the product, but no ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. Updates & Access Period
Your purchase may include access to product updates for the duration stated at checkout.
Access may include:

• Feature updates
• Security patches
• Compatibility improvements

When the update period expires, continued access may require renewal.

5. Support Services
If included, support is provided for the duration of your active licence.
Support includes guidance on installation and configuration but does not include:

• Custom development
• Theme or server debugging
• Modification of product code
• Third-party conflicts outside of our control

Support response times may vary.

6. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
You are responsible for ensuring that your email address and billing information are correct at checkout.

7. Digital Product Compatibility
Products are designed for use with supported versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and related technologies.
WPKnockout does not guarantee compatibility with:

• Outdated or unsupported WordPress versions
• Custom themes or heavily modified environments
• Third-party plugins or hosting environments outside normal configurations

8. Licence Revocation
WPKnockout may revoke or suspend your licence if:

• There is evidence of misuse, redistribution, or unauthorised sharing;
• Fraudulent payment activity is detected;
• A chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without contacting us first.

Revoked licences immediately terminate access to downloads, updates, and support.

9. Refunds
Refunds for digital products are subject to our Refund Policy.
Because digital items cannot be “returned,” refunds may only be issued in limited circumstances such as accidental duplicate purchase or failure of the product to perform as described.

10. Liability and Warranty Disclaimer
Digital products are provided on an “as-is” basis.
WPKnockout does not guarantee uninterrupted functionality or compatibility with all environments.
To the extent permitted by law, WPKnockout is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data;
• Business interruption;
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product.

Your statutory consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected.
