    End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

    This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”, “EULA”) is a legally binding contract between you (“Licensee”, “you”) and WPKnockout (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using any WPKnockout digital product (“Software”), you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

    If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Software.

    1. Licence Grant

    Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of all applicable fees, WPKnockout grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

    • Download and install the Software
    • Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes
    • Activate the Software on the number of websites permitted by your licence

    This licence does not transfer ownership of the Software.

    2. Licence Restrictions

    You may not:

    • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Software except as permitted by this Agreement
    • Sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software
    • Upload the Software to public libraries, repositories, or file-sharing services
    • Transfer your licence to another individual, organisation, or domain
    • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, o
